NSEL's directors have a great deal of experience bringing large scale multi-zone property development projects to fruition. Examples of projects include:

The rezoning of the Rangitahi Peninsula in Raglan as a residential zone. NSEL act for the Raglan Land Company Limited, which is the sole landowner of the peninsula. NSEL succeeded in having the council withdraw a plan change which failed to provide for residential opportunities on the peninsula. NSEL has also successfully kept related appeals before the Environment Court on hold while a new plan for the land is promulgated.
The rezoning of Rotokauri in north Hamilton as a mixed residential, retail and industrial zone. NSEL act for Hamilton Joint Venture Limited, a major landowner. The firm successfully negotiated amendments to the district plan under appeal, assisted in obtaining approval for a large industrial subdivision consent, advised on appropriate level of development contributions and obtained a significant reduction in council's processing fees.
