Subdivision and development is becoming increasingly difficult within Central Otago's outstanding natural landscape. We appeared for Infinity Investments Limited in the Environment Court and secured resource consent to establish 41 residential allotments on Hillend Station, a 2,680 hectare working high country farm near Lake Wanaka.
